THE RECORD — ABOUT & PRINCIPAL

Who holds the hammer.

Toledo Apps is the apps division of Toledo Technologies LLC — one principal who scopes, designs, writes the foundational code, and signs off the handoff.

No junior leads, no offshore handoffs, no team you'll never meet. This page is the record: who the principal is, the rules the shop runs on, and what you can verify today.

02 — THE PRINCIPAL

Who actually writes the code.

"Senior-led" is a phrase you've heard from every agency. Here it means one thing: the person who reads your inbound is the person who scopes, designs, builds, and hands off your system.

ONE OPERATOR — SALE TO LAUNCH

Nicholas Toledo.

Principal of Toledo Technologies LLC and the operator behind Toledo Apps. The person who reads your inbound, runs your discovery, designs the architecture, writes the foundational code, and signs off the handoff — the same person, at every step. TypeScript end-to-end, PostgreSQL, cloud-portable infrastructure.

Fuller background lands here as the shop's record grows. Until then, the credibility anchors are the ones you can check today: the stack we deploy, the bands we publish, and the terms we sign.

03 — THE RULES

Five rules, standing.

Working principles, not values-poster language. They shape every engagement at every band — and if one ever has to bend, you'll have it in writing first.

  1. 01

    Discovery is not free.

Free scoping calls produce mediocre scopes. A paid discovery produces a written brief, a fixed band, and a build path you can hold us to. We won't quote a build without it.

    RULE
  2. 02

    The signed scope governs.

Fixed-scope builds use the written band and milestones in the proposal. Material changes use a signed change order; hourly buckets and care remain available when that model fits better.

    RULE
  3. 03

    Ownership is written.

Infrastructure accounts are placed under your control when agreed. Completed proposal-defined deliverables transfer on final payment; reusable methods, components, and internal tools remain ours unless signed terms say otherwise.

    RULE
  4. 04

    Senior, throughout.

The principal scopes, designs, writes the foundational code, and signs off the handoff. No junior leads, no offshore teams, no team you'll never meet.

    RULE
  5. 05

    Audit, by default.

Every state-changing action is an event; every event is signed and persisted. Compliance becomes a SQL query, not a multi-week project — the Living Ledger, on every build.

    RULE

04 — PROVENANCE

05 — BEYOND APPS

Beyond apps.

Toledo Apps takes the app-shaped work. Toledo Technologies LLC also builds editorial websites, mobile apps, and AI systems — same operator, same rules, different specialties.

Read the work before the call.

Review the sample memo, the published bands, and the operating terms first. If the method fits, a paid discovery turns your actual constraints into a written scope.
