THE RECORD — TERMS
Terms, in writing.
These website terms apply to apps.toledotechnologies.com. A signed proposal or other written agreement controls any paid engagement and replaces conflicting website summaries.
Last updated July 15, 2026. Using this site does not create a client relationship or reserve delivery capacity.
02 — WEBSITE & SERVICES
Public detail before a signed scope.
Toledo Apps is a Toledo Technologies LLC service for paid discovery and custom software work.
Public information
Package descriptions, prices, timelines, samples, and estimates are informational until scope, payment mechanics, support, and acceptance criteria are set in a signed agreement. Samples labeled illustrative are not customer work or promised outcomes.
Separate project agreement
A proposal, statement of work, NDA, MSA, or other signed agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement. If it conflicts with this website summary, the signed agreement controls.
03 — OWNERSHIP
Accounts and IP are defined separately.
Completed deliverables
Intellectual-property ownership and licensing are defined in the signed agreement. Completed proposal-defined deliverables transfer after final payment. Infrastructure accounts are placed under client control when the agreement calls for it.
Reusable work
Toledo Technologies retains general methods, reusable components, internal tools, non-client-specific patterns, and portfolio rights unless the signed agreement or an NDA says otherwise.
04 — PAYMENT, SCOPE & SUPPORT
The signed agreement governs.
Money and changes
Discovery fees, the earned-on-receipt kickoff Project Retainer, milestone payments, cancellations, written change orders, and discovery-credit mechanics follow the signed agreement.
Support boundary
Bug fixes related to agreed scope are included only during the written post-launch support window. New requests, ongoing maintenance, emergency support, hourly buckets, and Care plans are separate unless the signed agreement includes them.
05 — SITE USE
Use it without interference.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, transmit malicious code, or collect information about other visitors without consent.
Submitting an inquiry permits Toledo Technologies to respond about that inquiry. It does not add you to a marketing list.
Website content
Site text, graphics, logos, and site software belong to Toledo Technologies or their respective licensors. Public pages do not grant a license or transfer project intellectual property.
06 — DISCLAIMERS
No result implied by the website.
As-is website
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. General information and estimates are not guarantees of revenue, savings, performance, availability, project results, or fitness for a particular purpose.
External sites and changes
External sites have their own terms and practices; a link does not imply control or endorsement. We may update these website terms and will publish the revision date here. If part is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
