Six rules we live by.
Pricing is a contract, not a negotiation. Here's the floor:

No quote without discovery
Bands first, numbers second.
We won't price a build off a Zoom call. Every engagement starts with paid discovery — even small ones get a $750 Fit Check.

Fixed band, not hourly
You know the ceiling before code.
The quote is a fixed band. We absorb overruns inside the band. If scope changes materially, we re-scope in writing — no surprise invoices.

50% credit if you proceed
Discovery fee partially refunds.
If you proceed with a build within 30 days, we credit 50% of the discovery fee against your project deposit.

You own everything
Code, repo, deploy — yours.
Domains, hosting accounts, repositories, and database access are created under your ownership before kickoff. You hold the keys from day one.

Deposit + milestones
Pay as we ship, not upfront.
50% deposit at kickoff, the remainder split into 2–4 milestone payments tied to written deliverables. No payment without a demoable artifact.

Senior throughout
One operator, start to finish.
The principal scopes, designs, writes foundational code, and owns the handoff. No junior leads, no offshore teams you'll never meet.
