This Toledo Apps-specific policy explains how Toledo Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information at apps.toledotechnologies.com.

What enters the record.
We collect what you submit and the minimum operational context needed to deliver and secure the site.
Information you provide
Inquiry forms require an email address. You may also provide a name, company, project goal, customer or problem context, timeline, message, or other details. Hidden fields identify the page, product, and service track so the inquiry reaches the right context.
Automatic information
This site does not currently load client-side analytics or advertising trackers. Its host and security layer may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser, requested path, and timestamp for delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention.
03 — USE & SHARING
Used for the inquiry, not an audience list.
How we use information
We use it to respond, evaluate service fit, provide requested services, and operate, secure, and improve the website and delivery process.
Submitting an inquiry permits us to contact you about that inquiry. It does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing list.
When information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third-party marketing. We may share it with operational service providers, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, or with your consent.
04 — LEAD INTAKE
Where the form goes.
The contact and discovery forms submit to Toledo Technologies' lead intake API at https://eolkits.com/api/v1/lead.
Storage and notification
The service stores submitted fields in Toledo's operating lead database and sends the owner a notification email. Native form submissions then redirect to the Toledo Apps thank-you page.
Your choices
Email hello@toledotechnologies.com to contact us without a form or to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted.
05 — BROWSER & SECURITY
No advertising profile.
Browser storage
Toledo Apps does not set advertising cookies. It uses browser session storage only to remember the “first heat” arrival effect during the current tab session; that value does not identify you or build a profile.
Security and external links
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. External sites have their own privacy practices. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
