This Toledo Apps-specific policy explains how Toledo Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information at apps.toledotechnologies.com.
Last updated September 26, 2026. The only required field in a public inquiry form is your email address.
02 — COLLECTION
What enters the record.
We collect what you submit and the minimum operational context needed to deliver and secure the site.
Information you provide
Inquiry forms require an email address. You may also provide a name, company, project goal, customer or problem context, timeline, message, or other details. Hidden fields identify the page, product, and service track so the inquiry reaches the right context.
Automatic information
Our server processes ordinary request data such as IP address, browser, requested path, and timestamp to deliver and secure the site. Each page also loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and load performance without cookies or local storage, and web fonts from Google Fonts, which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests the font files. We do not load advertising trackers or session recording.

Used for the inquiry, not an audience list.
How we use information
We use it to respond, evaluate service fit, provide requested services, and operate, secure, and improve the website and delivery process.
Submitting an inquiry permits us to contact you about that inquiry. It does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing list.
When information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third-party marketing. We may share it with operational service providers, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, or with your consent.
04 — LEAD INTAKE
Where the form goes.
The contact and discovery forms submit to Toledo Technologies' lead intake API at https://eolkits.com/api/v1/lead.
Storage and notification
The service runs on a server operated by Toledo Technologies. It stores the fields you submit in Toledo's lead database, sends the owner a notification email containing them through our email delivery provider, Resend, and then redirects you to the Toledo Apps thank-you page. To limit abuse it keeps a pseudonymous, keyed digest of the submitting network address for rate limiting, not the address itself.
Inquiry records you submit through this site are deleted automatically 24 months after submission. If you become a client, what the engagement needs is kept under your agreement. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.
The automatic deletion applies to the lead database. It does not remove the notification email already delivered to our mailbox.
Your choices
Email hello@toledotechnologies.com to contact us without a form or to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted.
05 — BROWSER & SECURITY
No advertising profile.
Browser storage
Toledo Apps does not set advertising cookies. It uses browser session storage only to remember the “first heat” arrival effect during the current tab session; that value does not identify you or build a profile.
Security and external links
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. External sites have their own privacy practices. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
